This Refund Policy applies to all HoldThat products, including apps, ebooks, digital downloads, and memberships. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we handle refunds carefully to balance user experience with licensing requirements.
2. Payments Processed via Stripe
Payments for HoldThat products and subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe. While Stripe manages the payment transaction, all refund decisions are handled directly by HoldThat according to this policy.
3. Digital Products
Because items like ebooks and templates are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," these sales are generally final. We may consider refunds at our discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues that we cannot resolve. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Memberships & Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. We generally do not provide refunds once a billing cycle has started, unless there was a billing error or a verified technical failure. You can cancel at any time, and you will keep your access until your current period ends.
