Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Due to the digital nature of the Hold That software, all sales are final once the access token is generated. We do not offer returns on digital assets.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued in cases of documented technical failure where our team cannot provide a resolution within 72 hours, or in cases of duplicate accidental billing.
